   The Directors of CBA are all project orientated working partners who specialise exclusively in the delivery of best value both in terms of our own input but also in negotiating with the Design Team and construction costs with the Contractor.

CBA essentially work for a core number of key Clients in the private sector. We have made it our priority to establish a good understanding of each of our Client's particular requirements and method of working and to custom fit our service to suit.

CBA believe in the free flow of information within the Design Team and also, where appropriate, to the Contractor.

Our Cost Plans, Tender Documentation and Financial Statements are prepared in sufficient detail to allow all parties to buy into the developing design concept. Our Corporate Brochure states that "we see ourselves at the hub of an information wheel" and details how we also see the attributes of Understanding, Advising, Communicating, Enabling and Managing as contributing to an integrated holistic process.

  




4. A QUALITY DRIVEN AGENDA

CBA have always endeavoured to obtain the best value solution in relation to time, quality and cost. Cheapest is seldom best. We apply this to our goals in value management but also in terms of the type of business CBA seek and the staff we employ.
