All our surveyors are project orientated (including Directors and Associates). In addition to ongoing Q.S. involvement the following management tasks are the responsibility of the following:

In these tasks each Director is assisted by a delegated Associate.

CBA adopt an integrated flat management structure which is deliberately non-hierarchical in nature and works on a "one to one" basis at all levels.

This is best represented by the "Double Helix" which, like DNA, identifies CBA's unique approach to quantity surveying and construction cost management.
