EHQ BCO

EHQ was the Scottish Regional Winner for the British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards for the best Commercial Workplace. The judges described this as an excellent example of flexible speculative office accommodation.

Sitting on a prominent corner site at the gateway to South Gyle Business Park, its open plan offices provide Edinburgh with the largest single floor plate at 9,144m with generous ceiling heights of 2.9 m.

BCO Honour

CBA provided quantity surveying services for McInroy & Wood’s new headquarters building in Haddington, East Lothian which won the British Council for Offices (BCO) for projects up to 2000m2 in Scotland, at their annual awards ceremony.

The judges for the BCO noted the scheme demonstrated good value for money and that the costs were well controlled under a traditional form of procurement. The project also received a commendation for Best Commercial Project at the Scottish Design Awards 2008.
