Maclay Murray & Spens
In a continuation of our established successful association with Solicitors Maclay Murray & Spens, CBA have recently been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services on the proposed office relocation to G1, George Square, Glasgow. |

Registers of Scotland
CBA have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors for the extension and refurbishment of the Registers of Scotland Offices in Edinburgh.
This £5m scheme includes extensive refurbishment of the existing 7 storey office building as well as the incorporation of a new 3 storey extension building which will link the existing building to London Road.

Unit 9 Industrial Unit for Image Estates at Galabank Business Park, Galashiels
As part of the Galabank Business Park Development CBA were appointed by Image Estates to provide Full Quantity Surveying Services and act as Contract Administrator for the Industrial / Retail Unit and Site Works at Galabank Business Park.
Architects EMA and Services and Structural Engineer Consultant Mott MacDonald designed the extension to the existing Retail Units, providing 3,600 sq ft of lettable space with the option to sub-divide the space. |
Rodger builders Ltd. were the principal Contractor for £215,000.00 project which was completed in 20 weeks during on-going works at Galabank Business Park.

Unit 12a Office Development for Image Estates at Galabank Business Park, Galashiels
As part of the Galabank Business Park Development CBA were appointed as the Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for the 17,000 sq ft office providing Project Management, Cost Planning and Cost Monitoring Services for Image Estates.
Architects EMA and Services and Structural Engineer Consultant Mott MacDonald designed the office to a high level of specification providing an excellent working environment for future tenants. |
Rodger Builders Ltd. were the principal Contractor for £1.8m project which was completed in 54 weeks.
Maggie's Gartnavel Hospital, Glasgow
Having successfully delivered the Quantity Surveying Services for the Maggie’s Centre in Fife, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, CBA are delighted to have been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying Services for the new build Maggie’s Centre within the grounds of the Gartnavel Hospital in Glasgow.
The Maggie’s Gartnavel has been designed by award winning Architect Rem Koolhaas of the Office of Metropolitan Architects. |

The 500m2 predominately single storey building with a small basement plant area is designed as a series of interlinking rooms arranged around a central courtyard area, an arrangement that minimizes the need for corridors and hallways and allows the rooms to flow from one to another.
The Maggie’s Gartnavel is situated on a small green area close to the Beaston West of Scotland Cancer Centre and the buildings design allows each space to either look onto the internal landscaped courtyard or to the surrounding woodland and greenery.
Campbell Dallas Office Fit Out
CBA have been appointed by Campbell Dallas to undertake the Quantity Surveying for the fit out of their newly acquired offices at Braehead, Glasgow.
