CBA and The Mall
CBA were confirmed as The Mall’s national QS partner in early 2006.
Since then CBA have been working closely with The Mall on:
Wood Green, London
The development comprises an extension to the existing shopping centre to provide a 100,000ft2 anchor store and 30 Nr. new retail units accessed off a new mall.

The development comprises an extension to the existing shopping centre that provides a two level retail unit and offices which have been let to Maidstone Borough Council. The works also comprise the refurbishment of an existing office building, Stoneborough House, which is built on the roof of the existing shopping centre. Office space in Stoneborough House has also been let to Maidstone Borough Council.
The development comprised 207,000ft2 of additional retail space on three levels with additional car parking on three levels above the retail space.
Sutton Coldfield
The development comprised an existing open mall and courtyard area, refurbished to provide additional retail space over two levels and a new enclosed mall with glazed roof over. This is the first phase of what is intended to be an ongoing alteration and upgrade of the existing centre.
Preston
CBA were appointed by The Mall Limited Partnership to provide Quantity Surveying services on the £3.5million upgrading of the central rotunda area at the Mall, Preston. The redevelopment included upgrading of the finishes in the Rotunda area together with the replacement of 2Nr escalators and 1Nr feature glass lift. Associated works included the lowering of a floor slab in adjoining units to provide additional retail space with improved floor to ceiling height.
