Qualifications:

• 1988 - B.Sc. (Honours) Degree in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying, Heriot Watt University
• 1993 - Qualified as an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (A.R.I.C.S.)

Bruce joined CBA in 1994 and was appointed an Associate of CBA in 2000, and the position of Regional Director in 2007 and is responsible for all pre and post contract costings and financial reporting.
