CBA were appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services on the provision of new “After School Club” facilities by the Erskine Stewarts Melville Schools.

The works are located on a very constricted site that has no direct vehicle access, and comprised the removal of the existing single storey sectional building to elsewhere within the school, and the construction of a new two storey classroom block providing after school club facilities with ancillary kitchen, toilet and office accommodation.
