Over the past decade CBA have worked with the hotel on many projects which have included; 60 bedroom Braid House extension, bedroom refurbishments, public area remodelling, Dormy Clubhouse retail and hospitality remodelling, refurbishment and expansion of Club Leisure Centre including remodelling existing and creation of two new leisure pools.

More recently CBA have been Cost Consultants on the following projects:

• Glenmor Seasonal Ownership, 52 luxurious 204 bedroom homes set within moorland of lochs and heather - Spring 2008
• Creation of 10 deluxe double suites from existing 4th floor attic rooms to form ‘Spirit Suites’ - completed Spring 2008
• As part of the Spa project a new Hairdresser, Barbers shop, Public Toilets, ‘Teen Zone’ and Crèche were formed on the ground floor west wing - completed Spring 2008
• Phase 1 of the New Spa project involving creating a new themed ‘Mediterranean Food Market’ restaurant called Deseo
• Phase 2 of the project involved remodelling and doubling the size of existing Spa to form 18 treatment rooms, vitality pool, heat experiences, social relaxation courtyard and Café. This forms the new Spa at Gleneagles by ESPA
