The works comprise the strip out and refurbishment of existing early 20th century maternity hospital to form 18Nr luxury apartments to 5 star standard with a quality of finish suitable to that high standard.

Internally the works include asbestos removal, rotworks, demolitions, alterations works, services (comprising full electrical installation, air conditioning, gas fires, LPHW heating, security systems, etc.) and finishes (including painting, wallpaper, marble tiling and vanity units to bathrooms, timber parquet flooring to lounges etc.)

Externally the works comprise drainage, car parking and landscaping works including the restoration of the sunken garden areas to imitate the original design. Approximate value of the project was £9.4 million.
