CBA were appointed by Fountain North Limited to provide Quantity Surveying Services on the mixed use re-development of residential, retail and office space with associated external works, underground car parking and streetscape works at Springside, Edinburgh.

Site clearance began in December 2006 with the demolition of the former Scottish and Newcastle brewery buildings. The eight acre area has now been cleared and building work on the construction of the East underground Car Park and the first Phase of the Residential build commenced in August 2007. The plans are for 219 contemporary one, two and three bedroom apartments on the east side of the development.
