CBA have acted as both Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent for Muirhouse Housing Association on a number of phases within their development programme. The projects have entailed the demolition of existing sub-standard housing and the construction of some 400 new homes for rent. Other works have included the refurbishment of a number of existing houses and the alteration of existing roads and pedestrian infrastructure and environmental improvements.
