CBA acted as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors on behalf of Kenmore who developed the £11 million Resource Recovery Unit, Regional Distribution Unit and Vehicle Maintenance Unit, total area being 19,376m2 (208,472ft2) for occupation by Sainsbury’s.

The project also involved co-ordination with the fit-out contractor as the works ran concurrently finishing to allow Sainsbury’s to service their Scottish operation from East Kilbride in time for Christmas trading 2007.
