CBA were appointed Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors to act on behalf of AWG Developments for an industrial hospital laundry which was designed to accommodate hospitals from Dumfries in the South to Stirling in the north. This required close liaison with specialist international laundry equipment manufacturers which resulted in specialist steam, gas and compressed air installation.
