CBA were appointed by TAL CPT to undertake Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying services for this £11million industrial/warehousing development just off the M8 motorway in the heart of Scotland's central belt.

The contract included the construction of four industrial units ranging in size from 40,000sqft industrial space with office accommodation to shell standard at 2,000sqft to 83,000sqft industrial space with 4,100sqft office accommodation as well as the park maintenance facilities, associated concrete service yards and car parking.
