CBA were commissioned to provide full quantity surveying services on behalf of Upland Development Ltd for the construction of a new 257,000 ft2 industrial park at Newbridge, Edinburgh.

The first phase of the developments, a 44,000 ft2 building capable of being sub divided into various sub units has recently been completed. The works included the construction of a warehouse and office accommodation with external service yards, car parking and main development infrastructure works.

The works were procured in a negotiation basis.

CBA have recently carried out feasibility studies for the construction and fit out of future units within the developments.
