CBA were appointed by Coal Pension Properties Ltd. to provide quantity surveying services for the formation of a new food court at The St. James Centre, Edinburgh. The £3 million contract included structural alterations to facilitate a new lift and escalator linking the food court to the mall below and all works to provide a fully fitted out food court.
