CBA were appointed by Highland & Universal Properties to develop a new cinema at Wester Hailes for ABC Cinemas (currently operated by Odeon). The contract was part of a wide ranging regeneration project at Wester Hailes that also included a new library, council offices, district shopping centre refurbishment and public realm works.
