The project was the construction of a new sales arena complex for Doncaster Bloodstock Sales who are a Thoroughbred Auction House selling over 3500 racehorses a year. The complex includes a custom built Sales Arena including a bar and restaurant, offices and associated amenities, 508 stables, veterinary facilities and showing areas for the horses.
