CBA were appointed by Stockland Halladale to undertake Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying services for this £13.2 million high quality speculative office development in the heart of Glasgow.

The project included the demolition of the existing 1960's office block known as Shaftesbury House situated on the extremely prominent corner of Waterloo Street and Hope Street, directly opposite Glasgow's Central Station. In its place was the construction of ONE Waterloo, a new glass and natural stone clad, 10-storey office development providing over 55,000sqft of prime office accommodation to Cat A standard along with its striking entrance and reception lobby, secure basement parking for 20 vehicles and shower facilities and additionally with almost 4,000sqft of shell retail space at ground floor.

Sustainability at ONE Waterloo was a key driver from the outset and a combination of clever design and use of the latest technology has resulted in a cost effective solution which achieved a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good' and an Energy Performance Certificate rating of C+.
