Following a design competition, CBA provided full quantity surveying services on this exceptional project which is adjacent to the Scottish Parliament building. The works included alterations to existing buildings and a new build extension to provide offices, retail and leisure facilities. Project value was £6m and the Client was Whiteburn Projects. Tenants include the BBC, The European Parliament, The British Council and Scottish and Newcastle Breweries.
The completed development won the UK National Award for Best Commercial Workplace at the BCO Awards. |
