CBA were appointed by Murray Beith Murray LLP to undertake full Quantity Surveying Services for the Office Refurbishment Project at 3-8 Glenfinlas Street, Edinburgh. Our service comprised the preparation of the Cost Plan, Tender Negotiation with the Principal Contractor, preparation of the Contract Documents and Cost Reporting Services during the project.
The internal Refurbishment of the 29,000 sq ft office was designed by Simon Laird Associates who were responsible for the Architectural and Interior Design Services. Hulley & Kirkwood were the consultant Engineer responsible for the design of the Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Data Services.
Donald Martin Construction Ltd. were the Principal Contractor for the £750,000.00 project which was successfully completed over a 17 week construction programme. |
