CBA were appointed by Maclay Murray & Spens LLP to provide full Quantity Surveying services for the fit-out of the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of Building 1 at the Quartermile Development in Edinburgh.
CBA prepared initial budget costs in March 2007 and followed the project through a fast track Management Contract procurement programme carried out concurrently with the basebuild Design and Build contract to its successful completion in November 2007.
