Scottish Equitable, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aegon UK Plc decided to refurbish Edinburgh House with a view of transferring departments from other buildings together with providing new training facilities for both Scottish Equitable and the parent company Aegon UK Plc.
CBA were appointed by Aegon UK Plc to provide full Quantity Surveying services for the Works which included reconfiguring and enhancing all electrical, mechanical and plumbing services together with new floor finishes and redecoration throughout the building. |
