CBA were appointed by Scott-Moncrieff as Quantity Surveyors for this 18,000 sq ft, £500,000.00 office fit-out project.
CBA prepared a series of Cost Plans to reflect the design by Simon Laird Associates and KJ Tait as it was developed with the client. This project was competitively tendered using a traditional procurement method with CBA preparing a full Bills of Quantities along with the contract documentation, monthly valuation and cost reporting. CBA monitored and reported costs during the construction phase using regular financial statements and one to one meetings with the client.
This project was successfully completed as per the 15 week programme by the principal Contractor Thomas Johnstone. The project met the Client's finical expectations with no compromise on the quality of the end product. |
