CBA were appointed by Cala Properties to act as Quantity Surveyors for the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of 8,920m2 (96,000ft2) Grade A, air conditioned offices with underground car parking within the financial district of Glasgow.
The striking building has been occupied by Clydesdale Bank among others and also features on their £20.00 note.
CBA were also appointed as Quantity Surveyors by Weir plc. to act on their behalf for the relocation of their executive offices from Cathcart to Clydesdale Bank Exchange in the City Centre of Glasgow.
The works consisted of high quality fitting out works to the 4th floor to form 13,000ft2 executive offices complete with partitioning, finishes and upgrading of services installation. |
