CBA were appointed by Weslo Housing Management to carry out full Quantity Surveying Services for the refurbishment of their existing office.
CBA provided Cost Planning services to ensure the intended design met the budget requirements of the client. CBA prepared full Bills of Quantities and competitively tendered the project. In addition to this CBA also completed the contract documentation, carried out monthly valuations and regularly reported on the cost of variations during the construction stage.
The principal contractor Souness and Boyne completed the project on time, within the client's budget requirements and exceeded the client's expectation on the quality of the workmanship and collaboration of working with the staff within an occupied office. |
