CBA were appointed by PMP Plus to provide Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Planning Supervisor services for the reconfiguring and extension of an existing medical practice building to provide a 2,600m2 fully fitted out Primary Care Centre. The new facility now provides accommodation for two independent medical practices, Lothian Primary Care Trust community care and ancillary services.
