CBA were appointed by PMP Plus to act as Quantity Surveyor to the Employer's Agent for the construction of a new Doctor's Surgery at Erskine View, Old Kilpatrick. The project comprises a detached 1 / 2 storey fully fitted and furnished doctor's surgery of approx. 655m2. The new facility replaces the existing adjacent surgery that was demolished under the contract.
