CBA were appointed by Crosslands Properties Limited to undertake full Quantity Surveying Services for this £33.5 million Design and Build Extension to the Kingsgate Shopping Centre in Dunfermline.
The works comprise the demolition of the existing multi-storey car park and Bus Station, the construction of a temporary car park and Bus Station and the formation of a five storey extension comprising 2 levels of shell retail and Mall and 3 levels of new car parking.
