CBA are providing full Quantity Surveying services to The Mall Limited Partnership for the 8550 m2 (92,000 f2) extension and formation of a new entrance to the Arndale Shopping Centre, Luton.
The value of the construction work amounted to approximately £13,000,000. Main tenants included T K Maxx and Argos.
The works comprise a fully glazed atrium entrance onto the civil square and the formation of retail and restaurant space.
The centre and car park will remain fully trading and operational throughout the works. |
