Following the closure of the C&A Department Store, Redevco, the company set-up to asset manage the C&A property portfolio, purchased the adjoining Burberry building, thus creating a unique site of almost a total block on Princes Street.

Planning consent was obtained for a complete demolition and an exciting new development comprising basement, ground, first and second floor retail with office accommodation on five floors above.
