CBA provided full QS services to Standard Life Investments on the phased refurbishment and extension of the Thistle Shopping Centre in Stirling.

The works carried out over a six year period included a refurbishment of the existing car park, a new lift installation, a comprehensive upgrade and refurbishment including all finishes, services, etc. of the existing mall, public entrances and back of house areas and a new extension on four levels linking to the newly refurbished centre.

The centre and car park remained fully trading and operational throughout all the works.
