CBA were employed by Stockland Halladale to act as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors for this £11 million, 136,600ft2 retail park on the site of redundant computer factory next to the A80 in Cumbernauld.

The development was anchored by B&Q and other tenants include: Halfords, Acorn Pets, Maplin and Currys.
