CBA were appointed to provide specialist Quantity Surveying services on the first phase of the construction of the £7.5 million retail park for Dawn Developments Ltd. The works were procured on a management style contractual arrangement and comprised the construction 86,000ft2 of retail space built to shell specification including a fit out of 35,000 ft2 unit for Homebase.

The works included new roadway, associated car parking and service yard, major excavations and retention of embankments as well as upgrading of an extra single carriageway into a dual carriageway access road.
